Historic Info
House was constructed in 1923-4 as the first parsonage for St. John's Evangelical Lutheran Church. The congregation acquired the land in 1904. The first resident of the parsonage was Reverend William Lehmann, who lived in the house from 1927-1965. The house was then used as a rental until 2009, when it was sold to Lazzaretto Construction [see house history questionnaire provided by current owner]
