Historic Features: Based on exterior features and Sanborn maps, the house appears to have originally been a late 19th century Queen Anne house that was converted to multi-family use and extensively altered around 1925. The steep hipped roof at the center of the massing and the 1.5-story east side bay with 1st story cutaway corners is original; an original square, canted bay at the southeast corner of the facade was obscured by a 2-story addition from 1925; the two-story west wing, wrap around porch, and double entries also date from 1925.
