Historic Info: From Illinois Digital Archives (info from Libertyville-Mundelein Historical Society and Cook Memorial Public Library)--"Western Tire and Auto Shop located at 618 North Milwaukee Avenue when this photograph was taken. They sold tires and accepted trade-ins. The Liberty Barber Shop was opened by Fred Smith in 1916 at 614 North Milwaukee Avenue. Smith was the barber/proprietor until his death in 1951."
